I stayed in this furnished apartment and had a pleasant experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well located. The paperwork and pricing process was quick and straightforward, making everything easy from start to finish. All essentials were provided, and communication was smooth. Recommended.

The owner of the property is AMAZING. He worked with me by holding the property for me because my contract start date got pushed back by 2 weeks. He also was very attentive to any needs or problems that came up. Quick responses to his tenants. Amazing Host!

Good option for traveling healthcare workers

Facility was clean and in good condition. Landlord was helpful and agreeable. All rentals run very expensive these days but this one is relatively good value and only 10 minutes from Norton's downtown and U of L. Would highly recommend for anyone doing contract work in the area.

A Great Home Away from Home!

Lovely two bedroom, one bathroom apartment that is comfortably furnished and well stocked for your comfort! The bed is comfy, and shower is amazing! All the requirements for travel nurses! A good bed, coffee pot, strong internet, decent shower/bathtub are all there! Also comfy living room furniture, tv and security cameras and locked external doors. Coin operated laundry in the basement. The landlord is caring and supportive and quick to respond to any questions or concerns! On site assigned parking is also provided.

Just what I was looking for

This apartment building has been newly renovated and its easy to tell. It was cozy and comfortable inside. The property manager was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend this one if youre coming to Louisville for a job.
