Perfect Location

Perfect location for working at UW Montlake, under 5min walk to train which was one stop from work. Multiple grocery stores nearby, within walking distance. One block from the farmers market as well! The owner was responsive when anything came up. I did not bring a pet but the building was very pet friendly. Rooftop and secured package room were a great plus!

Great location!

The location is absolutely amazing! Extremely close to the Light Rail train as well many bus routes. Super close to many restaurants and bars in Capitol Hill and just down the street from multiple grocery stores. This is the perfect location for people without a car. The apartment itself is a great size, in a well maintained, secure building. Would highly recommend this apartment!

Perfect Cap Hill Location

I stayed at N's condo for almost a year and absolutely loved it! The location is so convenient. You can walk anywhere in Cap Hill (gym, multiple grocery stores, tons of restaurants, shops, post office, UPS) and are just a couple blocks away from the light rail. I commuted to Kirkland without problem and for my next contract, I took the link light rail to work at UW :-) The condo is clean, spacious, quiet, and has everything you need. The kitchen is perfect for cooking all your meals! I worked day shift and night shift while there and had no problems sleeping. N was a great landlord. He was always responsive, kind, and trustworthy. You will not regret staying here!
