Great room near UF Shands hospitas

Had a great experience renting this room, very close to UF Shands hospital where I work as a travel heathcare worker. They have monthly cleaning and pest control which is amazing and Jeannette communicates well and is very helpful. The current roommates are very mature, respectful and responsible people who focus on school work and working. Great renting experience and never had any issues at all.

Reliable Mid-Term Stay with Responsive Landlord and Great Location

I had a positive experience staying at Jeannettes property during my professional assignment in Gainesville. Jeannette is a responsive and considerate landlord. Monthly cleaning and pest control were reliably provided, and she was flexible with rent payments, accepting various methods. She also quickly provided additional items when needed and accommodated me when I had to extend my stay by an extra day. The location is perfect for UF professionals, with multiple bus routes nearby and Butler Plaza just a 10-minute walk awayideal for someone without a vehicle. The Wi-Fi was reliable for remote work. One consideration: when all four rooms are occupied, fridge space is limited, and traffic noise from 20th Avenue can be noticeable. Overall, its a well-maintained and conveniently located property that met my needs during my stay in Gainesville.

Great location, great value, great landlord

We did extensive research for a mid-term lease for my son's last semester at UF. We were delighted to find J's property. It fit everything we needed; mature professionals or serious students as roommates, responsive, caring, and appropriately involved landlord, and regular cleaning and exterminator visits in a location close to campus. For a furnished property, we were pleased with the price. My son and I can't say enough about how accommodating J was throughout the entire rental, including flexibility upon checkout when he needed to stay an extra day and needed help disposing of extra items that would not fit in our cars. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
