House in Atlanta, Georgia
Landlord Tenure: 6 years, 2 months
The home was renovated from top to bottom in 2019 and has beautiful upgraded finishes. The furniture has a mid-century modern feel and there's lots of original art hanging on the walls. The home also has an office / gym with a Peloton and Bowflex adjustable weights. It's right across the street from Mozley Park (where there's also a public pool). Best Stay in Atlanta
I was travelling to Atlanta and I had the best time at Sarah's property. I did not want to leave! It was so clean and nicely decorated and also really spacious. The home gym and office was a massive bonus. I loved sitting on the sofa and looking out on to the park. Also the kitchen was great! The communication with Sarah was also seamless and I received the deposit back really quickly. I would love to stay here again.
Amazing property with an even more amazing landlord!
To start off, the property was originally out of my budget but the terrific landlord was willing to work with me and we were able to discuss a situation that worked for both of us. Automatic 5 star but even when I did begin living in this renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a office/gym space, it was a fantastic experience. The unit is beautifully updated with modern finishes, spacious layouts, and plenty of natural light. The open-concept kitchen and living area make it feel even larger, and the office/gym space is a great bonus for staying active without too much hassle. The location is very niceright down the street from downtown Atlanta, close to great restaurants, shopping, and public transportation.
Spend your $2500 on something better
This place was nice for a lot of reasons but I don't think $2500 is appropriate. The basement tenants can hear everything so it doesn't feel private. One of them commented they could hear my partner and I, which was unsettling. The landlord controls the temperature settings, you can't set them yourself. It will always go back to 75. I have a dog and I've never had issues with getting money back but this landlord and I didn't get along in the end and she made move out fees cost me a total of $1472. Yes, my pug is hairy, but I've never had such a horrible experience before this. Ever. The air quality should be great because I paid for her air and dryer vents to be cleaned. Pet owners, find another place. It isn't worth it.
Cozy home away from home
I am a travel nurse and stayed at this cozy home for 9 months. Sarah and the other tenants were so welcoming and helpful! I felt right at home. The kitchen was beautiful and I loved having access to the at home gym. The place is close to the interstate which made it very easy to get to work, run errands, or explore ATL. I would definitely stay here again!
