Sean is a GREAT host!
S is accommodating, inviting, and welcoming. The home had everything we needed to live and work on the island for a few months. Great yard with fruit trees and just a short walk to downtown and beach. Definitely recommend his beautiful home and hospitality!!

Hilo Town Haven
We loved our time at this duplex in Hilo! S was a great landlord and very responsive. The place was comfortable and had everything we needed. So close to Hilo Town, most of the time we would just walk into town which was super convenient. Theres always free street parking available. Bonus - theres a massive avocado tree in the yard!

Convenient Location to HMC and Downtown
S was a great landlord easy to talk to and great with communication. If a problem ever arose, he was quick to get it taken care of. I felt safe having him and his two dogs living above me during my stay. This duplex has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with a living room/dining room area and full kitchen. The ceilings are lower than most modern houses, but they weren't a problem for most of us. The house location is a quick 510-minute drive to HMC. Easy walking distance to downtown Hilo for shopping, the farmers market, the Friday night market, and dining at the numerous restaurants. S had the internet upgraded before my family came and my husband was able to work remote with no issues or dropped internet during his stay. I enjoyed my time in Hilo and would come back to stay at this location again.
