I've loved spending the past two months at the homestead with B, T, and the pups! My apartment space is cozy and private, and has become such an oasis to come back to after my shifts. It's in a quiet area down a beautiful drive, but still only about a 10 minute drive to all of Charlottesville's main shopping; and it's also only 5 minutes away from Ivy Creek and it's trails. I would recommend staying at this homestead to any individual or couple who are open to story-book scenery, two adorable dogs, and an imperious rooster named D!
My stay at the little homestead was a wonderful experience. My host, B, was so kind and welcoming. The welcoming crew, Ulabelle (golden retriever), and Calvin (golden doodle) made my stay even better. The unit is warm and welcoming. The living area is very comfortable. It has everything you would need. I was there as a travel nurse, and I couldn't have asked for anything more. A quiet country setting complete with chickens and a rooster, yet close to town. I highly recommend this lovely property!
