Convenient Location with Some Pest Issues

The house is a great size and the location is very convenient, especially if youre working at UAMS or Childrens Hospital. If you're staying during the summer, I would definitely recommend bringing a fan, as the house can get very warm. I did have some issues with roaches during my stay. The owner was responsive and had pest control come out, and she mentioned that she planned to have the seal around the front door fixed, as she believed that may have been where they were getting in, but not for sure if that was ever addressed.

Peaceful Place in the Heart of Town

I stayed at this residence for 10 months. This cute house offered everything my family and I needed for our stay. The neighborhood is quaint, and the location is the BEST! UAMS is within walking distance and Arkansas Children's is about a 3 minute drive away. The location is right off the interstate and very close to downtown. Jennifer was a pleasure to work with - she answered all my questions and she tended to any household needs promptly. If I head back to Little Rock, I will rent from Jennifer again!
