Great Stay - Perfect for Travel Nurses

I had a wonderful stay at this condoit was just as nice as the pictures and very clean. The unit had all the supplies I needed, making my time there comfortable and convenient. What really stood out was the landlords flexibility and understanding. When I needed to leave before my lease was up, she was incredibly gracious. She worked with me to find a new tenant which allowed me to exit the lease without hassle. I truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness. I would highly recommend this place, especially to fellow travel nurses who need a reliable and accommodating rental.

My home away from home

This space is a great home away from home, I stayed here for about a year. It is nice and spacious. Super close to the highway and the children's hospital. K and her property manager were the best part she made sure to have everything you could need was there upon arrival, and whenever something happened they were there to help resolve things quickly. They really care about safety and comfort. I would definitely return if I return to the area.

Nice 2 bedroom condo

This is a few blocks from Nationwide Children's Hospital. The area does have some abandoned homes. The home/building is older. It does have central air. But the caveat is that it doesn't do a good job of circulating to the upstairs where the bedrooms are. The thermostat is in the dining room on the main level. If its set at 76, upstairs will be 78-80 degrees. When it rained and windy when i was there, the water did come in through the bottom of kitchen window and the bottom of the kitchen door. There isn't any vent hood in the kitchen or fan in the ceiling. There also isn't any ceiling vent in the bathroom. The full washer and dryer are nice in the basement.
