My first travel assignment ever!
Moved from across the country and was so nervous! Jett and his family are so sweet, accommodating and thoughtful. Kona (the tiny dog) and Blue (friendly cat) are also so nice to be around! The house is so clean at all times and it was always quiet and everyone is mindful. Beautiful backyard, plenty of space in all spaces of the house. I would definitely come back again to stay!! :) super nice family.

I had a wonderful 6-month stay at this Furnished Finder property. The space was perfect for my needs. I had plenty of room to myself and felt comfortable throughout my time there. The landlord was incredibly accommodating and consistently helpful, which made the experience even better. As a traveler, feeling safe and supported was important to me, and this place exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great short or long-term stay!
Honest Review
Clean house, clean shared bathroom, no A/C or Heating, no locks on bedroom doors, parking cross the street. Reason for the low rating- after cleaning up poop from his dog upstairs on carpet 4 x, he complained I should have not disposed of it in the trash. Check out day I took my luggage to my vehicle, he insisted that only he could remove my luggage from my room and I was not allowed to. (He wouldn't be home till late that day). My stay was so uncomfortable I rented a different place.

The house is beautiful, very clean all the time. You have access to the kitchen as needed, the kitchen has all the necessities to cook which is great if you love to meal prep. The other roommate and I worked nights, the house was very quiet when I needed to sleep and sharing the bathroom was no issues since we got home at different times. My room was really clean and spacious for what I needed. I worked at Auburn which was about 12 minutes and barely any traffic since the traffic heads the opposite of where I was headed. Grocery stores are very accessible and restaurants are right down the street. I am not a fan of cats but blue barely bothered me, the small dog was very quiet downstairs when I slept. Very well behaved and it was a great environment to be. Thanks

This location is very safe and there is no issue with parking. There were 4 of us in the house but I saw almost no one except for Jett (the host). I spoke less than 10 words to his daughter that shares her time at this house and at her mom's. The other roommate worked nights so our paths rarely crossed. Everyone was very nice when we spoke and was very respectful of noise. The house is super quiet and has all of the basic essentials that you would need. I was the only person that used the kitchen most of the time as Jett meal preps on Sundays. I was worried about sharing the fridge but you get ample room in the fridge. You are about 2 hours away from Mt. Hood which is great and 45 minutes from Seattle. There is no public transit near by but the traffic is not too bad around here. I worked in Bonney lake and it took me 14 minutes to get to work. The dog and cat are small and very loving. Make sure to keep the door to your room closed when you aren't in the room but they are usually quiet.
nice place
This unit is just as described! Very nice and safe neighborhood! Exceptionally clean! Everyone that lived here was very quite and respectful of me having to work night shift. I was on the opposite schedule of the other traveler in the house so the shared bathroom was never a problem and has plenty of storage for your things. The only complaint I have was no A/C during the hot months which is my fault for not reading the description and you cant really use the neighborhood amenities listed or the paddle boards due to the HOA causing a stink about it. Other than that its a great place and I would recommend especially to single travelers looking for a safe place to stay!
A Retreat Indeed!
This property is exactly as described. Peaceful and tranquil with endless amenities! The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful to walk through and in a perfect location to enjoy the seasons changing right from your window. The atmosphere is clean, calm, and organized so recharging after the night shift was easy and comfortable, especially with those blackout shades. The gated community and keyless entrance made for efficient and secure access at all times. The kitchen is well stocked with all the extras and plenty of room is provided for storage. J*** is an exceptional host with a kind and friendly demeanor that ensures tenants always feel at home and checks in to make sure all needs are being met. It's definitely a rare find that I would highly recommend! Happy Traveling!
Rare find
The pictures do not do this home justice. Such a rare find: beautiful clean home in a quiet, safe and gated community. The landlord is a kind gentleman and his pets are super-friendly (especially the Shi Tzu ). If you need a room to rent short-term within this Washington area, I recommend this place.
