I came to Augusta as a travel paramedic back in June. Went I sent out an inquiry about this property, I received a quick response. After exchanging a few messages an inperson tour was set up. Elle's sister Latoya met me at the property and showed me the inside. It was clean, everything worked, and had a welcoming environment. Due to the short notice, I did have to wait a few days for availability. The lease had very clear expectations about my responsibilities as a tenant. There was no guess work. On move it day a short video was sent welcoming me to Augusta and this residence. Through my two months here, if I needed anything Elle and Latoya were easy to reach and answered any questions that I had. There were no major issues. The Neighborhood was clean, friendly, and safe. I was able to run early in the mornings and in the evenings without worry. I would rent this place again.
