Awesome Stay!!!!!
I love this property, Ive been a tenant here for almost a year and its the best stay ever!! I shared a beautiful bathroom which is cleaned by property owner at no additional cost. The owners have been so good to me, that they have become like family. They treat you with RESPECT!! My room is big and spacious and comfortable, and even IF it wasnt landlord make it a point of their duty to make you feel at home and comfortable. I would recommend this HIME to anyone and everyone who wants a home with an amazing family.
Lovely Property
This property is fully furnished and well-equipped for travelers, all you need when moving in is your personal belongings. This property is also very clean. N cleans the kitchen and living room area daily. What I appreciate the most about this property is that all the bathrooms are deep cleaned professionally at least every 3rd weekend at no extra charge.
RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK
After the end of my contract, I requested my prorated rate or deposit, which we had already discussed when I'll be moving out. However, N and B explained they'll charge me $65 per night (hotel equivalent) for thirteen extra nights. Mind you this is a shared bathroom. That's about $800 out of my deposit. They came up with stories to avoid paying back my deposit. She stated she does not refund tenants their deposit. With that being said, I received threats from them for reporting the issue to Furnished Finder, for which I filed a complaint with the police. Nurses, to avoid unnecessary arguments and threats, be advised to request your money before leaving the premises, or else she'll make up stories and come up with unknown charges just to avoid refunding you.
