Beautiful historic home with a touch of modern

I am so happy E responded to my housing request. I have stayed at a lot of air b&b's and furnished finder listings as a travel healthcare worker and this place is by far the absolute best! Garage turned rental, it is insulated perfectly so there is no outside noise to wake you up, space heater for colder nights and window unit for hot days. I was able to just leave the door open on my days off and my dog LOVED the backyard! I got my own parking space right by the private gate entrance. It is in a historic neighborhood that is nice to walk the dog and look at everyones beautiful flowers. Washer and dryer included, bathtub big enough to soak in, all the necessities needed to cook including a grill and a Traeger. Also E is the nicest and I think my dog likes him more than he likes me lol. Highly recommend, infinite/5 stars.

Was just Perfect!

This studio is the perfect size with just what you need. Centrally located in a very quiet neighborhood. You have your own entrance and parking space. A couple min drive to Riverbend. The owner did a great job putting everything together. I did have to get a separate heater during the winter and a microwave. Having a safe quiet place to go to is very important! Lots of places to drive to near by and explore. I would stay here again if I got another assignment in Springfield.
