Perfect Place and Perfect Owner

Me and my travel partner stayed here for 2 months and it was a pleasant experience! The rooms are generous, the beds are soft. It was clean and J the owner was kind enough to send us anything we felt we needed for the unit including a new broom and dust pan, swifter mop with pads, new bath rug and there was enough toilet paper to last the entire stay. He was so responsive, any text was responded to in minutes and there was never really any issues just small things (like a broom) and he responds quick with solutions. He even let me extend my stay when my partner left at a discounted price so I wouldn't have to move somewhere else for cheaper rent. He sent my deposit back so fast! Colored clothes bled into the provided white comforter and he didn't charge. I honestly have no complaints, if I come back to Memphis I will stay here again. If you have dogs the backyard is fenced in and huge. I worked nightshift and would sometimes walk my dog at crazy hours and still felt safe. Loved it

This is a historic unit, but a nice place to stay. J is a great host. Hes very flexible and communicative. Never had a landlord whos so fast to address questions or concerns. Would stay again!
