Great location!!
This location was perfect for us. We both work long hours with little time for leisure. The city is easy to get around. Less than 10 minutes from Walmart, post office, the mall. Nearby is downtown Melbourne. It has charming boutique shops and pubs that serve good burgers. This single dwelling has its own entrance. Quiet and safe location. I enjoyed walking in the nearby park by the river when I wasn't working. D is super nice and responsive during my stay. He came to show me how the appliances and thermostat works. It was spotlessly clean had everything you could possibly need. Definitely would recommend the place for everyone who comes to Melbourne.
