This place is fantastic, and the landlords are even better. It's very cozy and warm and the neighbors are kind and respectful. If you get the chance, snatch it up because Walter and Mary Lynn are amazing and very easy and accommodating.

Fabulous condo

This beautiful and spacious condo had all the furnishings that we needed and more. It is centrally located to access all that the Monterey Bay Penisula has to offer. Walter was a very attentive landlord and quick in his correspondence's. We definitely miss the beaches, hiking, and local produce stand. We highly recommend this rental and would stay here again.
