This second bedroom is located in a fully furnished basement and has its own closet. It has a queen size bed with a large dresser in the room. It has its own tv and access to a second living room and laundry area. There is a full bathroom that you will be using.

This room is 12 x12 and has a nice sizeable closet. The bathroom is a shared facility but you will be the only one using it because we are not renting the third bedroom.
Neighborhood overview
quiet neighborhood where many people walk their dogs or go for walks. Our HOA does not like loud vehicles or motorcycles and would give tickets for noise ordinance violations.

Beautiful home with beautiful family
L and S were the absolute best! This was my first time renting through FF, and they made me feel safe and at home. Easy commute to and from work. I would recommend their home to anyone and would definitely return. Thank you for the hospitality!!

Loved my stay! The most wonderful hosts
Lila and her husband are some of the most genuine, kind-hearted people you'll ever meet, and treat guests like family. When I was sick, Lila brought down tea and an air purifier for me to use. They helped me jumpstart my car and took me to get my battery replaced. Don't know what I would have done without them! The property is wonderfully spacious and cozy, with a view of Pike's Peak and plenty of yard room. They are incredibly pet-friendly and more than willing to accommodate. They put up an extra gate to make sure my cat remained safely downstairs. Cleaning supplies and cooking utensils are available. Sights such as the Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Cave of the Winds, Garden of the Gods, and Paint Mines Interpretive Park are just half an hour away. There was much privacy living downstairs. My stay was great and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
