Clean, safe, spacious, and everything in between

I am a young female professional and stayed in Steve and Jennie's ADU during my first Burbank contract for 8 months. The apartment is spacious and full of natural light, perfect for someone looking for some peace and quiet after a full day of work. I biked to work both early in the morning and late at night, always feeling safe despite being alone. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Not having a car, I could still easily walk to the grocery store or bike nearby for further options. If you have a car, street parking always had spots available right in front of the unit. Steve and Jennie were amazing hosts, looking out for me and making sure I had everything I needed (even once helping me fix my bike when I had a flat tire). They are super understanding and easy to communicate with. I was able to move in with just a suitcase full of clothes since the apartment had everything I needed already set up. I truly cannot recommend this apartment enough... it is everything and more! :)

Beautiful Apartment and Quiet Neighborhood

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful apartment while I was on assignment in Downtown LA for 6 months. The owners could not have been more kind or accommodating. The apartment was clean, bright and had everything we needed. The space was big enough that my husband was able to work remotely while I'll slept after working nightshift. There are so many shops and restaurants right outside the door that we walked to regularly. So close to downtown LA, the Hollywood sign, Universal studios and so many more LA attractions. Do not hesitate to book this property for your next assignment!
