Home away from home! 10/10

This house is both spacious and cozy because the owners did a fantastic job of keeping the charm while giving tenants space for their things and to personalize. Tim and Gina were always quick to respond and happy to accommodate requests. The house is so close to anything you would need-restaurants, bars, parks, art galleries, and has a lovely backyard and spacious garage. If and when I come back to St. Louis, I will definitely stay here again!

Awesome place to stay!

First, the owners T and his wife are very welcoming, hospitable, and accommodating. They are both quick to call or text if you need anything, which resolves any issues that may come up. The place is in a great location to explore and have fun. Most of the bars, restaurants, and markets are all within a walking distance. I used to walk to the local barber shop for my haircut. The home has a sweet private yard to soak up the sun and relax. The garage is a nice addition to the property so you wont have to worry about break-ins, theft, or vehicle damage. Overall experience has been stellar.

Great Place. Great location. Landlord are the best and will often check up on you to make sure if there is anything you need. I really loved the place.
