Perfect

Leon was an amazing landlord and someone we now consider a friend. The place was very clean and came with a lot of supplies we needed. Leon was on top of any issues we had arise and took great care of the property. He was also very attentive and knowledgeable about the area. Over all the best experience we've had with a landlord and couldn't recommend him more.

This is a gem of a property. I was able to Stay in this house during my short return for medical appointments.the interior was immaculate and had a simple layout. They have full utilities in the home that upped my Stay and comfort. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby. The neighborhood is quiet for being near busy streets. The yard layout adds on to feeling secure in the home. The location is perfect for getting to the mall, stores, restaurants, UNM hospital and university, VA & Presbyterian hospital, central, downtown, casinos, and the airports. I'm sold on staying here for my returning stays.

Comfortable, Convenient & Great for Dogs

The location is very convenient to Albuquerque Sunport Airport (a quick 10-minute drive), and set on a quiet street with little activity. The house is comfortable, with very comfortable beds and furnishings. The kitchen has the amenities needed to make your own meals, and the laundry room is well-appointed. The house is clean, cozy, and great for dogs due to the large walled-in backyard that extends around the side to the front yard. I highly recommend this house for business travelers, families, and those looking for a great central spot in the city to explore from.

I stayed here in December while visiting a friend and everything was great! Clean, comfortable, and connected. I loved the location as well, it was close to family around town.
