Our private two family house was built in 1901. The property is spacious. We have plants in the front yard and backyard. There are beautiful views throughout the day. Our block is lined with trees. There is a gate that helps with privacy. You will hear the sounds of birds, dogs, and people, and occasionally the roar of fire trucks, because the fire station is around the corner.
