Great place to stay!!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The place felt like a home away from home! It was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. It made settling in super easy. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the location was perfect for getting around. Etim and Miranda were kind, communicative, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free place to stay.

So glad I found this property for my assignment in Springfield, IL. The property looks exactly like the photos and speaking with the owners of Fisk Properties, was a delightful experience. They made the rental process easy and made my stay very comfortable.

Cozy Long term Rental

I am a healthcare traveler and will have stayed for 14 weeks. My husband travels with me and we found Etims property met all our needs. Etim was responsive and quick to reply. He also let us know when dangerous weather was coming and even that the internet might be out. He is thoughtful and he takes a lot of pride in his properties and it shows. Great place to stay for 1-4 people. Loved the garage parking and having a fenced yard for our pups. And as a last note the bathtub is wonderful .

Perfect Long Term Stay

This is the perfect stay for travelers. Im a single traveler and have been traveling for a while. Property owners are responsive, respectful, and kind! I truly appreciate them. The location is close to downtown, hospitals, food places, and stores. I had no safety issues, noise issues, or concerns during my stay. The property and house is clean! It is also equipped with the essential amenities needed for a long term stay. I enjoyed having an on-site laundry room, and a garage space to park my car. This place provided me a home away from home. I would stay again.
