Unhonored promises

I was given a 30-day notice three times in 6 months because of my landlord's own issues. On the final notice I was asked if I could move out 6 days before my scheduled move out date and was promised $250 to aid in my moving expenses because I was moving out early as they requested for their own personal reasons. I moved out 4 days early which was stole stole before they requested move out date and when I asked about the promised $250 I was given a lame excuse on why they weren't going to issue the monies as promised. I normally wouldn't leave a negative review but this property deserves one!
