Excellent Stay

This place was good to me during my time there. It is private, clean and has it's own parking spot too. Bob was attentive and made sure all was well too. It was a short drive to the hospital and everything is fairly close as well. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking to stay in Duluth.

Great stay! Great location!!

Stayed here for 2 months, originally meant to be here one month but had to extend and B was very helpful in extending my date. This the cutest 2 bedroom house, it's in a really good and quiet area. Especially if you like to go on hikes there are trails pretty much surrounding this area so there's a lot of great views. It's also so close to all the stores you'll need to go too, and a really quick drive to superior WI. Anywhere you may need to go is about 10 min away. B was very good at communicating with us, anytime there was a minor issue he was quick to respond and fix the situation. B also had a lot of great recommendations for things to do in the surrounding area. Overall would give this place a 10 out of 10, would definitely stay here again!
