Perfect Long-Term Stay Clean, Private, and Well-Equipped

I had the opportunity to stay in this private casita for three months, and it exceeded every expectation. The space is exceptionally clean, thoughtfully furnished, and designed for both comfort and convenience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that every detail had been carefully considered to create a seamless living experience. One standout feature is the quality of the water throughout the home. Whether doing laundry, cooking, or showering, theres a noticeable difference in how fresh and softened it feels, adding an extra level of comfort that many rentals overlook. The private washer and dryer are a great touch, making long-term stays especially convenient. The neighborhood itself is quiet, secure, and well-situated with easy access to everything you need. But what truly sets this property apart is the landlord. Incredibly professional and attentive when needed, yet fully respectful of privacy, making it easy to feel at home without intrusion. For anyone considering a stay, this casita offers the perfect blend of peace, convenience, and high-end touches. If its available, I highly recommend bookingyou wont find a better rental experience.

Amazing stay

My stay was extremely comfortable and the unit is immaculate. Amenities were great, everything was neat, tidy and smelled amazing. Everything I could have needed was available. Safe and quiet area as well.

River's Oasis

As a military member getting ready to move, my previous plans of staying with friends fell through at the very last minute and I found myself scrambling to find a place that would accommodate my Siberian Husky (River) and I as we would be in limbo for a month. Talk about finding a gem in the middle of despair. This place was exactly as described and I could tell once K and T met River, it was the perfect place for us. I couldn't have asked for better hosts or a support system during my last month in Vegas. K and T went above and beyond in every way possible to make my stay comfortable and feel like home. River was able to safely recover from her TPLO surgery due to a torn ACL and was well looked after by K when I had leave to go to work and other appointments as part of the out-processing requirements. Travis even ensured the gear I had to place on the top of my vehicle was securely fastened to ensure safe transport to our next destination. Highly recommend!

Very cozy and comfortable

This was an excellent unit, everything was clean and the hosts were very hospitable. They addressed any problems I had throughout my stay and were understanding and cooperative when they had concerns of their own. I only give 4 instead of 5 stars because of a couple utility related problems with the unit but they were already working on getting them fixed when I left. Thank you for the stay. I would recommend this place to anybody.
