Cozy in fall 2022

The building has 4 occupants. 1 is a long term renter and the other 3 are rented to travel medical professionals. Its a very quiet neighborhood and I felt very safe. The apartment is older but you can see the new renovations which are great. Bed was cozy and the place had everything I needed. You also get 1 covered parking spot in the back. But there is ample street parking for guests. I would definitely rent from C again. He was very helpful in helping me find one of his properties that not only suited my timeline. But my budget too. Only thing that Id say is a downfall. Is the only laundry machine (1 washer/dryer) is located in the basement and is operated for $1.75 per wash and dry. Never had a problem getting the wash done when I needed to though. All around it was a great place to stay and if I make my way to Lexington again. This is where Id stay!
