Awesome place, awesome people

Amazing space with everything you could need. Homeowners are amazingly accommodating and so very nice. House is in a very nice quiet neighborhood that I felt very safe and comfortable coming home at all hours. Lots of stores and everything u need close by.

Amazing hosts!

The owners were so welcoming and accommodating. They allowed me to charge my Tesla and returned my deposit back to me promptly. The room is spacious and away from the rest of the house so I rarely ran into anyone. I had my own bathroom as well, which was really nice. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. You cant beat the price! I would love to stay here again.

Omg. clean room

I found this property because the asking price was lower than any other property It has a private entry, a modern granite bathroom, and all brand new appliance. The owner respect tenantss privacy and you don't run into them at all. The house is new and gorgeous with lot of fruit trees and very quiet neighborhood. I m so lucky that I found the best.

Spacious room in a nice neighborhood.

I enjoyed my stay here while I was in the area for work. The room was very spacious and the wifi was fast and always reliable for me.

Amazing stay, spacious place, very private

Mr and Mrs O are really great hosts, we enjoyed our stay in the house. Everything was cleaned and well well maintained. They responded instantly to any request. The neighborhood is quiet and has charming views. We enjoyed the privacy and felt like home. If I ever come to town, Id definitely stay in that place again. Thanks

Private Oasis

I enjoyed my time here and recommend it highly. This place was so clean and comfortable. The owner respected my privacy, and I felt like I was staying in my own home. There is a shared entrance but other than that I almost never saw the owners because this rental is in a portion of the house that is completely sectioned off. I enjoyed living here because it truly felt like I had my own apartment for less than half the price. I had a private bathroom, private kitchen, and common area! I enjoyed the little touches around the house. Everything feels new and cozy. I loved the real wood floors. The bed was comfy too. P (one of the owners) is a licensed massage therapist (who has worked with celebrities and athletes) and even offered a free massage from time to time. Her and her husband are the sweetest people who are friendly but will still respect privacy. I will miss this place and the lush garden in front too.

The perfect stay

The house was so beautiful and clean. I feel like I stayed in a high end resort. It has a private entry, unlike other places. I also received biweekly soothing professional massages for free! The best place I have ever stayed in I highly recommend this place.
