Perfect spot!

Beautiful apartment! It's in a great location and I always felt super safe. Josh was very helpful and quick with getting anything fixed. It came furnished with everything we needed, I would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing place and location

My girlfriend and I are travel healthcare workers who stayed here for 9 months. We absolutely loved everything about this place. Perfect location and an amazing place to stay. If we ever come back to Charlotte we would love to stay here again. The pool is amazing and also the deck. We couldnt have asked for a nicer place to stay. Josh is an amazing landlord who is very attentive and always available to help! You will not regret staying here.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location

I am a travel nurse and my spouse works remotely. This adorable and comfortable apartment is perfectly located in a beautiful historic neighborhood and within walking distance to Novant and Atrium Health (I walked to work every day). We have never been to Charlotte and couldn't have asked for a better location to call home the past few months. We enjoyed meeting the neighbors and really felt at home here. Keep an eye out for the friendly neighborhood cat, Bean, who will most certainly welcome you home. The property owner is great-easy to communicate with and quickly responsive to anything we needed. Charlotte has a ton of great restaurants, museums, theaters, farmers markets, a greenway for walking/biking etc,, beautiful neighborhoods, professional sports..there really is so much to do. We loved our time here and would be happy to stay again when we are back in town!
