Spacious, close to Hospital
The house has everything you need. Very spacious, updated home with some left over charm/character of an old home. The owner is very responsive to any questions/concerns or needs. Very close to Memorial hospital-walkable distance, about 5-8minute walk, St John's hospital is just down the road. Big yard that is kept up by a lawn service weekly. Large attached garage. Con: The house next door is not taken care of and is often the target for homeless squatters, but it is currently being fixed/renovated so hopefully it will not be an issue soon.

Great place to stay!
The house is spacious and very clean. All new appliances. Walking distance to Memorial. And K was so accommodating and responded quickly to our needs. I would def stay here again.
