Comfy Rental**

We had the pleasure of staying at this furnished rental for 4 months. Mary Beth was easy to work with and always responded quickly to any inquiries!! The rental has all the necessities and is beautifully decorated!! Youre only a couple minutes from grocery stores, restaurants and shopping centers; very centrally located!! The neighbors were all very friendly. This was a great place to stay, we highly recommend it if youre ever coming to visit for a long period of time or in the process of moving and between places like we were.

We had the pleasure of renting from Mary Beth for three months, and she was a fantastic landlord. Her home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a short-term stay. Mary Beth was always kind, responsive, and respectful of our privacy, while still being available if anything came up. We truly appreciated her hospitality and would gladly rent from her again!

Absolutely Fantastic!

This was such a great place to stay during our month stay in Nashville. We came to do some songwriting and see some live music and this was a perfect home base. The neighbours are so friendly and Mary Beth was a treat to deal with as our landlord. 10/10 would recommend :)

Peaceful Friendly Neighbourhood

This space is great! Our little corgi came with us on a big road trip from Canada to spend a month writing music and recording in Nashville. We loved this space because it was quiet, peaceful and the neighbours were super friendly! The two living areas allowed us to work on our own things at the same time (I would be doing yoga downstairs while Jeremy was writing songs upstairs) The kitchen was well equipped, the linens were soft and clean and the bathrooms were well lit and felt newly renovated. The laundry set up is great too! The only downside is we couldn't stay longer haha. Mary Beth is a super friendly, easy to talk to host. She has thoughtfully put this place together as a rental and we totally recommend staying here.
