My wife and I have lived in Old Town Longmont for over 20 years and we love it. We've owned several houses in Old Town. We've remodeled most of these, restoring them while modernizing them. We would generally rent them long term for a number of years before selling. And now we're trying the short- to medium-term rental market. We think people will enjoy this extensively remodeled house that was originally built in the 1880s.
