Beautiful and Bright, Ground Floor Unit

Quiet, Serene Area with Amazing Landlord!

Beautiful 1 bedroom unit, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood near a wooded & green space, while being very close to downtown Asheville. Perfect for 1-2 people, with great amenities included for any needs you could imagine - lots of closet space, shoe rack, A/C, shared washer/dryer, desk, TV, kitchen table, coffee maker, dishes, cooking equipment, etc... The landlord Yvonne, went above and beyond to make our stay easy, she even cared for our cat while we were away for a week! She is very welcoming, communicative & generous! We stayed for 4 months & lucked out with this rental & highly recommend it! We will miss her & the serene space!

Amazing Stay, Even Better Landlord!

We loved staying here. It is in a beautiful and quiet area, but is still so close to everything Asheville has to offer. The house was clean and had everything we could have needed. Yvonne is such an amazing landlord. She was so kind and accommodating and went above and beyond to make me and my boyfriend feel comfortable in the space. If you are taking a trip to Asheville, I highly recommended this place!

I loved this place! It is conveniently located in a quiet, cute, and safe neighborhood next to a golf course. It's an easy, maybe 7 min drive to the Builtmore Estate and Mission hospital main campus! It's also only about 3 min drive from the beautiful blue ridge parkway! There is a fenced-in backyard if you have a dog. The atmosphere of the apartment is very inviting and happy, including the most amazing landlord I have ever experienced! She is the sweetest! This place is a gem!
