Very private room on a separate side of house. Private bath located off hall, for your use only. The 3Rd bedroom has been converted to den with desk for your use. The home is located in Bradly Point South off Highway 17. Close to Richmondhill, Ga , Georgetown and Southside Savannah. Minutes away from walmart, grocery stores, post office, Starbucks ect.. 50 min drive to tybee island beaches and 20 minutes from down town Savannah....

I do not even know where to start, there is so much I can say about the host. But let me start by saying Miss K is the most kind, caring, considerate, accommodating person I have ever met. A beautiful soul inside and out. She made me feel right at home. The home is wonderful! In a quiet neighborhood, stores, restaurants, gas stations, anything you need all within a five mile radius. Easy access to highways. The home has a quiet, relaxing vibe. My room, or I should say my side of the home, was so comfortable, nicely decorated, had everything I needed for my stay. The bed is super comfortable and cozy. Her backyard patio is wonderful as well. A great place to relax and unwind. I wish I had utilized it more. You must love cats if you would like to stay here. Miss K has 4 wonderful cats and they made my stay so much better. Miss K was a blessing I didnt know I needed, so she might be exactly what you need as well. You will definitely enjoy your stay!

wonderul host!
the property was absolutely as advertised. The host was amazing and super hospitable. I actually ended up getting COVID while staying at this property and Ms. K was so kind to provide lots of Gatorade and medications. I honestly could not have asked for a better host and experience.

immaculate, peaceful, beautifully decorated!
This home is a great place to stay! Quiet neighborhood, beautifully decorated, peaceful home with friendly cats. We never saw a litter box anywhere, and there was absolutely no smell in the house. Conveniently located 30 minutes from Tybee Island and 20 minutes from downtown Savannah. The home was immaculate! We were guests in a lovely bedroom with a huge walk-in closet, private bath down the hall, and a small den area for our private use. The owners master suite is on the opposite side of the house. It felt very private. The kitchen was well stocked with every amenity to cook a gourmet meal. We were even able to use the clubhouse gym pool area . The owner respected our privacy and was very accommodating . We had everything we needed, and then, some, for our winter vacation. The fire pit on the back patio was wonderful! Would definitely recommend staying here for a longer period of time! Our host was super friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
