Wonderful host and accommodations.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was a fantastic communicator. She was quick to respond and always helpful. The property was exactly as described: peaceful, clean, and very comfortable. I really appreciated how the host respected my privacy while still being attentive and available if I had any questions or concerns. She went out of her way to ensure I felt at home, which made a significant difference. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. It was also conveniently located, being close enough to shops and stores for anything I needed, yet far enough removed to enjoy real peace and quiet without worrying about people passing by. Id absolutely stay here again!

Tracy's place is quiet and quaint. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location felt very safe. Tracy's decorations and attention to detail extended from the inside of the house out onto the porch where you can sit on any peaceful afternoon and watch the birds and occasional deer! She was always quick to respond and a pleasure to rent from. I highly recommend Tracy's place.

Safe, comfortable, just perfect!

This property has been perfect for my stay in Charlotte! Safety was my top priority and Tracys property more than delivered. I always knew help was just 5 steps away. I had a safe dedicated parking spot off the street too. The home is adorable, comfortable and has everything you need. Dont think twicepick this one!

The perfect stay for a traveling nurse!

T has put together a fabulous little private bungalow, perfect for the traveling professional, with an awesome price point! She is very accommodating and quick to respond. If you like a bit of peace and quiet this is perfect. Comfy bed and perfect little bathroom. If you like to cook it will be a little more challenging without the full kitchen, but you will get used to using what is available for you. It is about 15-20 minutes to shops and night life. If you are there to work, the drive isnt terrible getting to hospitals.

One of the best places I've stayed while traveling, safe, clean and quiet, beautiful lush green back yard, cute efficient little one bedroom. T the landlord is amazing, very responsive to any questions or requests, I highly recommend this property if you're traveling in this area.
