Cozy 100 year old cottage in a quiet neighborhood with wide streets just a 10 minute walk to the ocean or to downtown. One block down from Washington Park. This home is my second home, so it is fully furbished. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, and a large closet. The second bedroom has a twin size bed and a built-in desk area.
