Cozy Studio close to the beach!
The studio is nestled perfectly in between OB and Point Loma. You have a dedicated parking space and entry into the unit.The host family was always available to accommodate any need I had! The unit is a great size for a solo traveler or a couple. Pet friendly was a huge bonus. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Lots of natural light in the unit. The best feature is a washer / dryer in unit, which is very hard to find in San Diego. I was very sad to leave this spot, as my extension didnt work out. When I'm back in San Diego, this is where I'll be staying! Thanks again for everything !

Beware! MOLD & shady property manager!!!
Beware!!! While this place may look nice at a glance it will grow mold, you will be blamed by the owners even though the STRO will say its no fault of your own and that it is an air quality issue & THEN they will keep your $2,900 security deposit! My husband and I recently rented this place & towards the end of our stay we found TONS of mold growing in various locations that ruined many of our items and exposed us to potential health risks. A mold inspection done on 1/29 after we moved out found the following mold growing actively in the space: Alternaria, Cladosporium, Ulcladium & Aspergillus!! Save yourself the trouble, trust me it will be a NIGHTMARE!!
