Great quiet stay

The cabin was a very roomier had everything i needed. Great front and back space. The rooms had everything the bathrooms, refrigerator, microwave, bed, powered recliner closet space. If u just want cool in your room u can. Washer and dryer stove in the common area. Tv in room and in living room. Landlord and is wife are very sweet and keep the property clean and respond very quickly.

Great place to stay!

Virgil is a great landlord to rent from! Id been nervous to come to hazard in the winter but Virgil was so kind and patient and went above and beyond to ensure that the property was well cared for and safe during the storms and freezes that came this way! Hes very easygoing and respectful and has been wonderful to get to know. If I ever have another job opportunity in Hazard you best believe Im staying here!

amazing and understanding

Virgil has been amazing and completely understanding. I have had to postpone my visit to the state multiple times and every single time. He has been very communicative and responds at a pretty timely manner. I really do appreciate him for allowing me to push back my dates when family issues came up. He is willing to meet you halfway as long as you are open to communicating your concerns and if it is possible for him, he will attempt to find a solution.

Amazing place!!

Stayed here while working. This place is so CLEAN! You get your own bathroom, shower, fridge, and microwave. Spacious closet, tv, and recliner too! Virgil has been more than amazing with any questions or concerns, and has very quick to respond. I highly recommend this place!

I stayed at this house for around two months during my clinical rotations. Perfect place if you are a traveler & needing a safe place to stay. Virgil was quick to respond & so easy to work with!

Cozy cabin

Its a great, quiet cabin. Yes you will have roommates, but the whole time i was there i hardly ran into them. You have your own bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, smart tv in whichever room you pick. The shared area is nice too with another smart tv, dining room table, stove, oven, washer, dryer. Landlord is super nice and very welcoming. I felt safe here.

best place to stay

This is a great place to stay! It is only five minutes to ARH regional medical Center. It is clean,private, and safe. V the owner is so nice, he is easy to get a hold of,and wants your stay to be comfortable. The bed is so comfortable. You have your own private bathroom in your room ,You have a microwave and refrigerator in your room . and right outside your room in the common area is the stove and work area to prep food. This is the nicest place I have ever stayed at, and definitely would stay here again.

Cozy, quiet, close!

I am a travel nurse working at Hazard Regional Hospital and can get to work in less than 10 minutes. I was unsure about having a shared unit, but it has ended up being super private. You have got your own keyless entry bedroom with attached bathroom and your own kitchen and microwave. The only thing shared is the washer and dryer and main living area. It is exceptionally quiet and secure. V, the host, is very nice and responds quickly. Would highly recommend.
