Lovely Place

I lived here for almost a year and Wade was very kind and hospitable and always easy to reach if I had any questions. The house environment is very easy going and I felt very safe in the neighborhood and home. I would typically run all over Saint Paul and felt very safe while running even in the dark. Wade has pretty much all the cooking supplies like pots, pans, etc that you would need, so this is an excellent option for short term travelers or long term rentals. Additionally Wade is very flexible and happy to help provide any other needs for furnishings or to collaborate to make the stay comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent place to stay!

I stayed here for work off and on for a couple months and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Wade was so easy to work with and great to talk to! He always responded quickly and helpfully, and knew plenty about the area. Daisy the dog was lovely and polite and a great pal to pet and hang out with during the day (10/10 good girl). The neighborhood was quiet, historic and safe. I would often jog in the immediately vicinity, or walk to Kowalski's down the street for groceries and always felt very comfortable. A bus stop to the train is only a block away. There's also a great pizza place (Pizza Luce) and fantastic local coffee shop (Yellowbird Coffee) about a block away!
