Centrally located, private pad, and the BEST landlord

A 1 bed, 1 bath apartment with a full kitchen, living room, and dining room! Hard to find this set up in a central location at a fair price point. Plus a designated parking spot, separate entrance, pool, patio chairs, and access to the grill! The owner, A, is so nice, reasonable, and truly the best landlord I've ever had. She respects your privacy but is easily approachable and accommodating. I was very sad when the time came to leave Miami and truly hope I will return and can be a guest at A's place again. Pro Tip - If you stay during the June-August time, there are many mango trees along the sides of the surrounding streets and you can pick up the FRESHEST mangoes!

Great location

I absolutely enjoyed staying at this property. The owner has excellent communication and had good recommendations on what to do in the area. The listing is extremely accurate to what is expected at the property. The washer and dryer are located in the owners house adjacent to the rental property, but they will work with you and are understanding. The only downside was the occasional little lizard worked its way in, or a peacock would surprise you on the roof of the property. The price is a bit high but it's lower compared to most other listings in the area, w/o loss of quality. They give you access to the pool and grill, and the area is well maintained. You won't be disappointed!
