Studio Review

I had the pleasure of spending over two months in this lovely studio. Upon arrival, I found the room to be clean and contained necessary essentials, such as dish soap, paper towels, and hand soap. The quaint, but fully stocked, kitchenette provided the ability to prepare a multitude of dishes that require a stove top or oven. The bathroom is modern with a tub/shower combo. One thing to note is that the main lighting in the bathroom is from a lighting fixture above the sink which can limit the visibility in the bathroom at night. The house, and studio, is located near the China Camp State Park, meaning that the streets and the driveway are fairly steep and, in my experience, may take a little while to get used to how to park in front of the house. The laundry area is in a small shed attached to the house and has modern appliances. Tracy was very communicative regarding any needs or updates regarding the studio and/or the property. I enjoyed my time in San Rafael.

Excellent find in fantastic location

Tracy's studio was perfect. Spent most of December 2024 there. It is very residential which I really like. Super comfortable and quiet. The neighborhood is near multiple marina's and bay views. Tracy recommended Andy's Market and it is charming, great selection of food. Friendly people, lots of dogs :) :) Highly recommend Tracy's apartment
