Cozy and Comfortable

I came to Santa Cruz for a work assignment, and this sweet cottage was absolutely perfect for my me and my pets. The decor is charming, and the owners and their children were ever so welcoming and kind. Theres plenty of room for storage, with a large dresser and huge closet. The electric fireplace enhanced the cozy vibe. Lots of natural light, and a super comfortable bed. The bathroom is amazing, with a large vanity, that provides plenty of storage. The location is about as convenient as it gets, with easy freeway access and many stores and restaurants a very short walk away. The cottage is tucked back from the street, is super quiet, and feels very safe. The large back yard has a resort feel, with beautiful landscaping and patio, pool, hot tub, and even a little waterfall. Great find!!

Great Location

I loved staying here! I stayed for 3 months during a contract at Dominican Hospital & it was great! K, L, & the family are so friendly. Having access to the backyard with my dogs was probably the best part. The location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants/grocery, & short drive to the beach, & only 5 minute commute to the hospital. Highly recommend!!

Lovely

I needed a short-term rental while in Santa Cruz for a work project. I found this gem. I loved being able to walk to restaurants, shopping & grocery. The cottage is lovely. Spacious & newly renovated. Appreciated having access to the backyard, including the heated pool. The family/landlords are really friendly & accommodating, while also giving me privacy. Highly recommend.

Perfect cottage!!!

I needed a furnished rental while house hunting and this cottage was a dream! The mattress and linens were so comfortable I never wanted to get out of bed, and the claw foot bathtub was to die for. The entire place was so clean I felt as if I was staying in a brand-new luxury hotel. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, I loved being able to walk to grocery stores and coffee shops. Honestly, I wish I could have stayed here forever.
