Awesome Location
Palm Desert Classic I have been spending over 30 winters in the Coachella Valley and this has been a real gem. Great Location close to many restaurants and grocery stores. El Paseo is within walking distance. Trader Joes is very close. Wonderful homethis place has been renovated to better than original. Classic appliances and some beautiful furniture. Wonder Art and decor Very comfortable bed Owner N is a great Landlordvery responsive to any questions or needs. Very responsive to any concerns and texts. Everything you can think of is provided. Local contact M, who also is the wonderful person who keeps the place looking so good. J

A little slice of heaven
Id give it 10 stars if I could! I stayed here for three months while working in Palm Springs, and it broke my heart to leave. This unit is absolutely adorable and very comfortable for 1-2 people. I felt safe and slept well, even during the day. The landlord was great to deal with and responsive to any little question/need I had. The whole complex is an absolute gem, with perfectly maintained grounds, an awesome pool and friendly neighbors that I will truly miss. Location is great with everything close by and groceries within walking distance. If youre working in Palm Springs (I was at Desert Regional Hospital) be aware that its a 40 minute (or longer commute) depending on traffic. Even with the long drive to work, I would be thrilled to rent here again. I hope I can go back!!
