Beautiful guest house
This beautiful guest house was perfect for the two months that I needed to rent a temporary place after starting a new job that was located close to the Sonoma County Airport. The drive through the vineyards were spectacular as well as all the amenities contained in this one bedroom, one bathroom guest house. The landlords were lovely and accommodating. The location of the guest house was private and the area is very safe and quiet. Its proximity to Santa Rosa, Windsor, and Sebastopol was perfect for nights when I wanted to go out to eat, but the kitchen was also well stocked with everything you need to cook at home. I highly recommend this guest house if you need to be in Sonoma County and want to experience living in the wine country.
Private country paradise!
I spent 3 months at this roomy, quiet home and had a flawless experience. The addition of a full size garage and private washer/dryer made my stay even more enjoyable. I felt perfectly safe with the gated yard yet still saw quite a few animals moving through the property including a heron that came by regularly and a couple of friendly foxes. The owners are on site but are very quiet and very pleasant people. The home is on well water which has an off-putting odor. I've experienced this at other properties, especially in agricultural areas, and kept bottled water for drinking and cooking. I worked in Healdsburg and loved the location with Graton, Forestville and Sebastopol being nice alternatives. If my job didn't change, I would still be living there.
