Short term stay

We needed a place to stay for about a month in between our 2 longer term leases and this spot was perfect for the 2 of us. We love the South Bay Area and being in Hawthorne allowed us to enjoy the beaches and drive into the city easily whenever we wanted. The studio apartment had lots of cabinet space for storage and came fully furnished with all the essentials. Andrea also had just got us a new washer/dryer which was super nice and smooth! The neighborhood also felt very safe and there was not much outdoor noise heard inside our studio despite being right next to busy roads. The large front lawn was a big plus and we enjoyed utilizing that area as much as we enjoyed the inside too. Andrea the landlord was also super easy to work with and always communicated with us in a timely manner.

Perfect place in SOCAL!

The hosts are amazing... very responsive. You can't ask for better hosts. The studio apartment itself is well build and feels like an upscal luxury hotel room with full kitchen, bath and full laundry. while it is attached to the main house, you can not hear the tenants in the main house. There are plenty of street parking. This place is perfect for single person or a couple. Close to LA AFB for anyone GEO Bacheloring around the area.

Great stay!

My roommates and I had a very welcoming and enjoyable stay. The house is in a safe and quiet area. Though it is close to the freeway, we could not hear it from the house. The backyard is spacious and comes with a grill as well! The host was very friendly and responsive during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Highly recommend this studio!

A is wonderful host! The studio has ample space for you to relax and unwind after a long day or night. I loved my stay here and would definitely stay again. A is very organized, kind and responsive, and designed this space with a lot of care and consideration. The space itself is quiet and private. It's a safe and quiet neighborhood with all the charm you'd expect. By far my favorite place I have rented as a traveler! I'd go back in a heartbeat! Close to Costco, Trader Joe's, lots of shopping :) Close to the highway so easy to get into the city, and the airport is close for quick trips home or weekends away. Highway is barely audible from inside the unit. Front yard is super relaxing. If you have the opportunity to rent this studio you wont be sorry! It has everything move in ready to cook and clean. Just bring yourself clothes and groceries!

Amazing Guesthouse!

This private guesthouse is perfect! It has everything you need for a short or long term stay. The unit is exactly how it looks in the pictures. There is plenty of street parking right in front of the guesthouse. I havent had any issues with looking for a spot. The location is perfect, youll be near grocery stores, shopping centers, fitness centers and the beach. Also, access to the highway is very easy. A has been so helpful and easy to reach throughout my entire stay. One thing to note, there isnt a dishwasher but with everything this place has to offer, I think its easy to overlook. Great stay!
