First of all, the location, its close to JPs that literally I walked to work. All the other hospitals super close by and I used to walk my dog down magnolia Ave. The studio itself was very nice, stylish, comfortable and it had everything you need to stay there and live comfortably. Their 24 hrs was always responsive, the most important day when I got locked out at night the immediately fixed the problem and open the door for me remotely. So as a HOST recommended 100% The street was okay, a couple of homeless people will walk around there sometimes but thats like all downtown.
