Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended!

This bungalow was a fantastic place to stay in the Fort Worth Medical District. The home was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained, with a perfect balance of charm and modern comfort. The living space was welcoming, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed for a convenient stay. One of the biggest highlights was the location. It’s close to major hospitals, the Cultural District, downtown Fort Worth, and great local restaurants, yet still quiet and peaceful—ideal for both short and extended stays. Parking was easy, and the neighborhood felt safe and well-kept. Communication with the host/property management was smooth and professional from start to finish. Overall, this bungalow exceeded expectations and is highly recommended for anyone visiting or working in the Fort Worth Medical District.

Would Stay Here Again

The space was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the only shared area was the kitchen, which was always well maintained and easy to use. I really appreciated having my own space while still having everything I needed. One of the biggest perks was the walking distance to the hospital. Being able to walk to work saved time, stress, and parking hassles especially on early or late shifts. The neighborhood felt safe, and the host clearly understands what traveling professionals need. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this place to travel nurses or medical professionals looking for convenience, privacy, and comfort in Fort Worth.

Cozy Bungalow with Modern Amenities

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this cute little bungalow, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The property is a perfect blend of charm and modern comfort. The bungalow itself is incredibly cozy and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights of my stay was the brand new appliances. They made cooking and everyday tasks a breeze, adding a touch of luxury to the overall experience. Everything was in pristine condition, which made me feel confident and comfortable using them. Additionally, the landlord was exceptionally responsive and attentive. Any questions or minor issues I had were addressed promptly and professionally. It's clear that they genuinely care about their tenants' comfort and satisfaction. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, charming place to stay with the added bonus of modern amenities and a great landlord.

Unreliable and untrustworthy landlord

Link/description/videos I got prior to signing a lease were all unit B. Landlord specifically said unit A had occupants. At move-in, I did not get unit B as I was led to believe I leased. Only when I asked why the unit was different did landlord admit he put me in unit A without telling me as he extended unit B's lease. Unit A was filthy, no appliances set up, in disrepair, & smelled. Clearly not ready for new tenants. Did get cleaning fee refunded. No fridge for days, no washer/dryer for a week. People would come in without warning to work on the unit. Asked for partial refund as I was told I was renting unit B, not unit A which lacked major amenities. Landlord said I could move out instead & he would give me a prorated refund. Took that option & asked for a lease amendment/written lease termination to update the rent portal. That apparently made him mad- he threatened to "crack down". Once I left, he stopped responding. Never got the refund or lease amendment that he agreed to send.

Peaceful Stay

I had a relaxing stay. The parking was easy to access and easy entry. It was great having my own private entry, as some nights I did get home late. The common area had everything I needed and I appreciated having a laundry unit. The ambience was peaceful after a long day working and perfect to unwind. I always ended my night watching my favorite shows on the TV in my bedroom before going to sleep. I highly suggest this property for your short term stay. Peaceful and relaxing with everything you need.

Super Nice Room!

Landlord was awesome and easy to talk with. Parking sometimes was weird. There is good parking for 2 cars but if there is a third either someone has to park on the street or what I did was next to the fence. The room I was in had a nice porch to hang out on and the shared kitchen was nice. I thought it would be weird to share just a kitchen but not at all.
