This is one of the very best neighborhoods in Costa Mesa. Quiet neighborhood, with wide streets and pride of ownership all around. Close to parks and many great walks! Close to so many local amenities and convenient access to major freeways.

The Perfect Place to Stay!
I had such an amazing experience staying here! Jen and Cam were absolutely wonderful and so helpful throughout my entire stay. They were always responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The place gets so much beautiful natural light, and the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and in such a great area. Everything about my stay was perfect, and I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would 100% recommend staying here and would happily stay again!

Best Of The Best!!!
Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for a month! Both Jen and Cam were AMAZING hosts. They always inform you beforehand about anything that you need to know. The property is in the perfect location. Close to lots of hiking trails, restaurants, stores, and the interstate. The house itself has everything you need. From the basic necessities all the way up to your own private backyard. It truly felt like home!

The best furnished finder there ever was
I've been a travel nurse for 5 years now, and I've lost count of the number of furnished finders I've stayed in. J&C place will always be my favorite. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Area itself is perfect-close to everything without being in the hustle and bustle. I worked at CHOC and the commute was a breeze. The space itself is so roomy and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The private backyard was my favorite part, which is so hard to come by in furnished rentals. J&C were the kindest, most thoughtful landlords I have ever had. They were always there when I needed them and always took the extra step to make me feel at home. I couldn't recommend this space enough.

Amazing!
Couldnt have been happier. Nice, new, clean unit. Great location. The hosts are very nice and friendly. All amenities necessary were provided and then some. 10/10 recommend.

Loved This Apartment!
My husband and I stayed here for about 2 months and absolutely loved it! We wish we could stay longer! All of the appliances are brand new and the apartment came clean and stocked with everything that we needed. J and C were amazing landlords and were so kind and accommodating. The location was also unbeatable with great places to eat nearby and only a 20 minute drive to Newport Beach. Highly recommend!

Didnt want to leave!
Apartment was clean and area felt safe. Appliances were top of the line, and furnished with everything for a seamless move in. Landlords were amazing! Welcoming and friendly! Area is awesome with great coffee shops and easy drive to Newport and Laguna!
