Better than expected

I was very pleased with the security and cleanliness of this property. I had my own entry codes, private entrance, assigned parking space and multiple ways to communicate with the owners. A less than urgent maintenance need was handled immediately even though the owners were out of the country. I felt welcomed, appreciated and my privacy was respected. My small dog joined me and we enjoyed the outdoor atmosphere in the back. Its obvious the owners take care in selecting the perfect tenants because my roomie was a great fit. I worked from home the entire month and the only change I would make was the WIFI was spotty and weak. Having a tv ready to stream my favs in my room was a great perk. The kitchen has most of the basics, and I enjoy cooking so this is saying a lot. The price is comparable for the market but the atmosphere and the attention to making this home away from home made its value worth so much more. Keeping my fingers crossed that this will be open to rent again!

Clean and accessible

To start, the landlord is amazing. If the property doesnt have a coffee filter she will run and buy coffee filters. She makes sure you have everything you need to feel at home and welcome. The house is very nice with code locks on each bedroom door for privacy and security. And the location is wonderful. No crazy highway noise or neighbors yelling at awful hours. Would stay here again.

The house is super homey, clean, and comfortable! The room is furnished nicely. The bed is comfortable. The house felt like home. Would highly recommend.

Best stay in this homely 5 Star property!

We are loving our stay in this idyllic cozy home. Its clean and welcoming and after staying a couple months here we couldnt feel more at home. The living room is comfortable to relax in. The kitchen fully stocked with utensils and ready to cook in. I love the personal touch of a case of spices to cook with. There is a fabulous seating area around an electric fire that we enjoy having a glass of wine at or a cup of coffee and a good book to read. The house is suitable for us after a long days work as it is peaceful and comfortable. There is a work desk in the living area that is super handy for us to use to do some studying. It is a very pleasant house as the Landlord has done a wonderful job decorating and furnishing the home. A spacious garden in the front makes for a great spot in the summer to be outdoors. We love how the house is within walking distance to a beautiful river nearby and a gym almost directly opposite the house across the road. Couldnt be happier with our stay!
