Great stay
I spent around 6 months in this apartment. It's very spacious, fully furnished, I didn't have to bring anything. I recommend it!
Awesome place!
This was one of my favorite apartments while I was in STL. I stayed on the 2nd floor and loved my queen sized bed. It was super comfy and had plush sheets and blankets. Felt like coming home to a 5 star hotel everyday. Unfortunately I had to end my contract early but I'd definitely stay at this place when I come back to STL. H, the property manager was so easy to get a hold of and was very kind and accommodating. Parking was never an issue and it was a 5 minute drive to and from BJC.
Great stay
M husband and I enjoyed our stay here. We were in the upstairs unit. I had no issues with parking my vehicle on the street right in front of the property. There is a garage in the back that my husband was able to fit his car in. There are some restaurants a short walk away, Grace and the Gramophone were our favorites. The beds were comfortable, plenty of extra linens and towels. The kitchen has all the cookware and utensils you could need. There are washer and dryers in the basement as well as on the second floor so I didn't have to carry the laundry down which I appreciated. The property manager was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly.
Great stay
I had a great stay in this space. I am a travel RN and was looking for something close to work and also being in a safe neighborhood. There's plenty of room, and a nice sized back yard if you have a dog. I enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and taking my dog a few blocks away to try new restaurants. Parking was never an issue and always had a spot right in front. It's a well lit space with a ton of natural light. There is an airbnb upstairs as well so if you are a light sleeper, be mindful that depending who is up there, you can hear everything they do- which can be bothersome at times. BUT, a white noise machine is provided which helps!! I got used to it over time and overall it was a great stay for me. The host is an excellent and fast communicator and always made sure I had everything I needed in the house. Would definitely stay here again!
