Although Sharon was sweet and a delight. When I moved out I was being told that I stained the linen that I never even used just left in the bag for my whole stay. Had my own. That I did something to the sink when I have the shortest hair ever and only time used the sink in the bathroom was to wash my face and brush my teeth. I never complained once to the landlords that you can't use 2 appliances at a time in the kitchen or the circuits will short and you have to turn back on. Or that it took forever for the water to get hot in the bathroom sink. That you could easily fall down the steps in the adu. And outside by the mailbox. It was great for a professional. All I did was sleep and go to work but yet I'm having to pay for new linen and plumbers and whatever else from my deposit. I usually don't review properties but I was good on time with rent. Never had drugs or alcohol or anyone over and now I'm being screwed.

3 month stay

Both I and S are wonderful , very kind hosts. The space was very spacious , clean , and private ! I had all my needs met and pampered with laundry services. Definitely will recommend this unit for all travelers!

Lovely Stay

I was fortunate enough to stay at the Pamperia for five months while traveling for work. The one bedroom one bath is clean and spacious for one traveler. The Murphy bed gives you even more room when its folded up. The couch pulls out into a bed too. The environment is quiet and the backyard is like an oasis where you can enjoy the garden and sun on nice days. The kitchenette has a microwave and mini fridge. I brought my own air fryer that fit perfectly on top of the mini fridge for extra cooking options. Just remember to put and food away to avoid ants. I felt safe with a punch code lock on the door for entering the apartment. There is a large personal heating/cooling system so you can control the rooms temperature as you please. The landlords are incredibly sweet and inviting. They both are attentive to your needs and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The location is only five minutes from the square and The BART (the train) is only 4 minute drive to the station to spend the day in San Francisco. Overall an amazing experience and would stay here again if I come back to the area!
