One of the best!

I have been traveling as a nurse for almost 5 years and using Furnished Finder for most of my stays. Martha's place ranks at the top of my list of favorites. It was perfectly sized, furnished, located, and supplied with everything that I needed to make me feel right at home. I knew I made the right choice as soon as I walked inside and saw how clean it was. The furnishings and decor were an added bonus. Martha was also the consummate professional and host who reached out frequently to make sure I had a comfortable stay. She also immediately addressed minor issues that came up, eg. recess lighting bulb outages. I would absolutely rent her property again in the future.

Quiet environment perfect for night shifters!

This unit has everything and reasonably affordable! It's located in a safe neighborhood with a quiet environment perfect for night shifters! It has all the amenities and close to everything and most especially away from the ghetto areas of Bakersfield. Martha is one of the most hospitable landlords I've ever had! 5 stars! I'll definitely come back here if ever I'm working jn the area.

Neighbors were also very friendly and Martha is very responsive. She goes out of her way to accommodate her guests. The place is close to restaurants, gyms, hospitals, and so on. Best Spot in Bakersfield

Was fortunate enough to stay here for almost a year! As a night shifter it was dark and quiet, perfect for sleep. Martha takes many extra streps to make sure you feel safe here. Shes beyond just a great landlord, shes a great person and truly cares about her tenants. Wish I could have stayed longer. If you need to rent somewhere in Bakersfield, this is the spot!

Absolutely Wonderful

This was one of the most wonderful places Ive ever stayed in all my years of travel nursing! M was simply the best landlord Ive ever had. Kind, generous honest and understanding are just some of the words that describes her! She was like a second mom to me and it was my absolute pleasure meeting and staying with her! She is an absolute gem and a phenomenal host! Super responsive to any concerns and her home is stunning and well kept, the front yard and back yard are spacious and roomy for playing with kiddos . Attached Updated Guesthouse

This house was so perfect for a travel nurse or anyone looking for a safe, clean, quiet place in Bakersfield. All appliances were new, furniture was new, kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils. The TV is a smart TV and there is even a robot vacuum! The landlord M even gave me a luxurious foam mattress pad for the bed while I was staying here. M was very attentive to anything I needed and was always just a call away. She truly cares about making the stay of her tenants as pleasant and safe as possible.

Amazing property owner. Amazing location. Nice neighborhood. Quality of home is very nice. Very nice size rooms. Layout is well thought out. Works for family or friends. Would stay again.

Martha is the Sweetest

My experience staying at this property was just amazing. M the landlady was very sweet and kind, I knew nothing of Bakersfield and was somewhat nervous about my move to CA as a whole, but M was very accommodating, and welcoming, and addressed all my concerns and made my stay/rental very easy. The unit is comforting and very nice, had all the furnished components that I needed. The fridge was spacious, no issues with the oven, the shower was nice, and the bed was comfortable. The laundry in the unit was super convenient and never had any issues. TV was nice as well, very new. The unit has adequate amounts of locks and a security camera in the back which made me feel very safe. Some nice parks in the surrounding area, as well as grocery marts and restaurants not too far either. Great gyms nearby too. Thank you so much for everything M, you were the best landlady I ever had!

Fantastic Property, Clean, Comfortable, and Responsible/Friendly Landlord/Management

I had the pleasure of staying at this property while I was on a travel assignment. M, the landlady, is very friendly, and responsible, and tends to any needs/requests if needed, she even provided me with water bottles and coffee K cups my first day, just a very kind-hearted person. The property itself is very clean, has new appliances, and was perfect for my needs. Overall it was a very comfortable place to live and relax. Very clean and well-kept, with no concerns in regard to mold, pests, or anything of that nature. Had I continued my contract in CA I would have stayed here even longer. The neighborhood itself was great, with no issues or concerns whatsoever. Ample parking on the street, as well as x2 parking spots in the back of the unit. Neighbors were friendly. Overall, a really great and cozy place to live.
